Hi I’m Erika affectionately known as “E”
Prior to 2018 I would describe myself as a pretty put together individual, a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, active in my church, and a sounding board too many, with the normal hiccups that come with life. I was a mother of 3 beautiful children, blessed with no problems or issues concerning them in any way. 2 in college, 1 graduating that fall, 1 a college sophomore, and the baby what they call a pre-teen that spring. I was in a pretty good place, baby girl and I were twinning, traveling and enjoying life.
Friday morning June 15, 2018, changed my entire existence. June 18, 2018, I became a mother of 2 living children and 1 angel, my Princess had gained her wings 2 months after celebrating her 12th birthday.
I understand grief and how it feels to be stressed, overworked and overwhelmed. I worked a second full time job as a coping mechanism. I felt disconnected and clueless of what Erika wanted
